Standard catalog items (cupcakes, brownies, muffins) require 48 hours’ notice, unless stated otherwise

Custom cakes or large/bulk orders require at least 5 days’ notice.

Orders can be placed via ShopHere, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or phone.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are included in LKR.

Payments accepted via bank transfer, or cash on pickup.

A  50% deposit is required upon order confirmation; full payment is due 24 hours before pickup/delivery.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup: No.106, Bernard's Business Park, Dutugemunu Street, Dehiwala, 9 AM–7 PM, Mon–Sat.

Delivery zones & charges:Colombo 1–15: LKR 350

Suburbs (Nugegoda, Maharagama, Piliyandala): LKR 400–600

Outstation: calculated upon request

We aim for on-time delivery but are not liable for delays due to third-party services.

Delivery is dependent on recipient availability; missed deliveries may incur a second attempt fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancelled 48+ hours before: 50% refund of deposit.

Cancel within 24 hours: no refund.

Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 2 hours of delivery, with photos.

Allergens & Dietary Notice

While we offer gluten‑free options, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, etc.

We do not guarantee allergen‑free processing.

Specify dietary requirements clearly when ordering.

Product Quality & Variations

Our baked goods are handmade; slight variations in appearance, size, or flavor may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Products are best consumed within:

Cupcakes/brownies: 48 hours

Custom cakes: 3 days
